UHPC grouting material With its ultra-high strength, high toughness, low shrinkage, and excellent durability, UHPC grouting material is an ideal choice for enhancing structural safety and durability in modern engineering.

1. Ultra-high strength: Compressive strength reaches 120–150 MPa; flexural strength is three times that of standard C50 concrete; tensile strength is ≥9 MPa.
2. High toughness and crack resistance: Shrinkage is reduced by 50%; remains intact after 700 freeze-thaw cycles; known as “crack-free” concrete.
3. High durability: Impermeability grade ≥P8; freeze-thaw resistance grade ≥F200; certain products offer resistance to acids, alkalis, and chloride ion erosion.
4. High fluidity: Initial flow ≥300 mm; capable of filling gaps smaller than 5 mm; minimal loss of fluidity within 30 minutes.
